Sales Campaign Manager

LeadAdvisors.com is looking for a strategic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead outbound sales and lead generation campaigns. This role is critical in managing BPO relations, optimizing dialer operations, and ensuring compliance with telemarketing regulations such as TCPA. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, BPO management, or campaign leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of dialer technologies, lead generation strategies, and compliance standards.
  • Experience setting up and managing RVM and VMD campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with BPO partners.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute lead generation and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Manage BPO relations, overseeing contracts, communications, and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee ringless voicemail drops (RVM), voice message delivery (VMD), and dialer configuration.
  • Ensure compliance with telemarketing laws (TCPA) and industry regulations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, making data-driven optimizations.
  • Work closely with IT, marketing, and compliance teams to align operations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize dialer systems and contact databases.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
