About the Job:
LeadAdvisors.com is looking for a SaaS Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our cloud-based call center solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Heycx, Quality Assurance AI, and customer support teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the needs of modern call center operations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably in a call center or CX tech environment.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, workforce management (WFM), and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and CRM integrations (preferably Heycx and Quality Assurance AI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools for roadmap planning and execution.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and product workflows for continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for SaaS-based call center solutions.
- Prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Heycx, Quality Assurance AI, and customer support teams to align on product goals.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and workflows tailored to call center environments.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum development cycles, ensuring smooth feature releases.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including agent efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to keep the product innovative and cost-effective.
- Work with customer success teams to develop training materials and product support documentation.
