LeadAdvisors.com is looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate to manage payroll, expense tracking, P&L reports, and attendance management while also providing support in recruitment when needed. If you have experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and financial tracking, this role is perfect for you!
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or financial tracking roles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Experience handling attendance tracking and employee records.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software/tools.
- Ability to work with confidential employee and financial data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in recruitment and hiring processes is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Track and reconcile company expenses to support financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing P&L (Profit & Loss) reports for internal financial analysis.
- Oversee attendance tracking and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
